Resident Joel Steingold wrote a letter to the Culver City Police Department commending Officer Michael Fairbanks and Parking Enforcement Officer Peter Shulman for their services. Mr. Steingold was rear ended while stopped at a red light and Fairbanks and Shulman were the first to arrive on scene. According to Steingold he has never received such good service from a police officer and it was nice for him to know that Fairbanks and Shulman remembered that their primary job is to serve and protect.
