Culver City has again been recognized by the Arbor Day Foundation as a Tree City USA for 2022! The trees in Culver City are hard at work each day making life better for all of us. In addition to their beauty, Culver City trees are improving the quality of our air and water, attracting and nourishing wildlife, reducing temperatures and lowering energy costs, improving our health, as well as increasing property values.

Attend the tree planting on Earth Day April 22, 2022 at Carlson Park, 10400 Braddock Drive, Culver City beginning at 10 am.

Tree City USA is sponsored by the Arbor Day Foundation in partnership with the US Forest Service and the National Association of State Foresters, who together are working on the global challenges of climate change and pollution.

As part of the celebration, the city will sponsor a tree give-away on Saturday April 30, 2022, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Compost Giveaway Event.
