No Kings/Early Voting Rallies – Oct. 17

There are more than 300 early voting actions planned in California for the upcoming No Kings mobilization on Saturday, October 17. The events are part of over 2,500 events nationwide dedicated to voter participation and election protection.

For more than a year, millions of people have marched to reject the idea that power belongs to kings, billionaires, or politicians. Now they’re taking that message to the ballot box. Together, communities in California will join thousands more across America to help ensure voters are checking their registrations, voting early where they can, helping others plan, and joining a growing network of everyday election defenders working to make sure every eligible vote is counted.

Groups organizing the No Kings events across the country include the ACLU, American Federation of Teachers, Black Voters Matter Fund, 50501, Indivisible, League of Women Voters, MoveOn, Public Citizen, State Voices, and Voto Latino, among others.
