Join the City of Culver City for United Against Hate Week, October 18–24, 2026! Through powerful stories, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to take action, we’ll celebrate diversity, stand against hate, and build a stronger, more inclusive community.
The City is hosting multiple events on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026 at the Senior Center. First, United Against Hate will join with Culver City’s Equity and Human Relations Advisory Committee (EHRAC), for a special panel event which elevates diverse personal stories to uncover the forgotten histories and systemic oppression that have shaped our world.
In this second part of our United Against Hate ‘double header’ presented by the City of Culver and Right to Be, this training offers practical, accessible tools to help people show up with greater self-awareness, connection, and care. Where emotional intelligence is seen as a core skill for shaping culture — not just managing communication!
Take the first key steps in learning how to help support your family, friends, and neighbors in shifting from a state of reactivity to intentional action — especially in the everyday moments that shape how trust, accountability, and belonging are built over time.
