Join the planning team for the Fox Hills Specific Plan Open House at the Four Points Culver City. The draft plan will be available for review on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 6 pm.
This plan will guide the redevelopment of the Fox Hills neighborhood from an existing suburban office park with surface parking and underutilized commercial lands into a walkable, mixed use neighborhood with transit access. The plan development process is estimated to last through Spring 2026 and will include extensive outreach and community participation activities.
