Culver City High School sophomore Ava Frans was selected as the art contest winner for West Basin Municipal Water District’s Water is Life Student Art Contest. Ava was selected from among nearly 500 submissions received from third- through 12th-grade student artists throughout West Basin’s service area!
The Water is Life Student Art Contest helps foster awareness of water conservation by challenging students to create artwork following the contest theme “Water is Life,” which promotes the idea of protecting Earth’s limited water resources.
