Join Culver City PTA Council for an informative and empowering book signing and discussion with Timothy L. Fields and Shereem Herndon-Brown, authors of “The Black Family’s Guide to College Admissions” on February 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. (in-person) and via Zoom.
Fields and Herndon-Brown are experts with extensive experience in college admissions and will dive into a discussion centered around navigating college admissions, including important factors Black students should consider when choosing a college. A FREE copy of the book will be given to the first 40 families to register, ask for a book, and attend with additional copies of the book available for purchase. Dinner will be served. Please come at 6 p.m. to pick up a book and get dinner before the presentation. Whether you’re a parent, guardian, or student, this book signing and discussion will provide invaluable insights and tips for students and families.
