With more than a half a century of history and tradition, La Playa Cooperative Nursery School is opening the doors for prospective parents to come and meet the teachers, see the school and hear about their family-friendly play-based program.
Using a play-based philosophy that fosters social and emotional development, supported with parent participation, La Playa has been helping Culver City families raise their little ones for decades at the Stone House in Lindberg Park at 5041 Rhoda Way. Using the co-op model of on-site participation, the benefits of interconnecting with other families and sharing playtime are proven strengths.
