Culver City Public Theater Returns to Carlson Park with “Zombie Thoughts”

Culver City Public Theatre returns to Carlson Park with “Zombie Thoughts,”  a live performance featuring goblins and video games for the entire family. Starting this weekend, November 6, 2021 on Saturdays & Sundays at noon. “Zombie Thoughts” will run from November 6 to November 21, 2021

This family-friendly show is the west coast premiere of “Zombie Thoughts,” a choose-your-own-adventure story of video game avatars. One avatar teams with the audience for an interactive quest to help shy and nervous Sam defeat the game’s monsters and win the game.

“Zombie Thoughts” is written by Oliver Kokai-Means a ninth grade playwright and retired actor currently attending Davinci Academy, and Jennifer A. Kokai, a Utah-based playwright, who teaches at Weber State University. The Culver City Public Theater production will star Jules M. Patrick, Keegan Vernon-Clay, and Matt Kim. Directed by Sophie Bell, with Assistant Director Scott Hillegas

Admission is FREE, but pre-registration is REQUIRED. Due to COVID event safety protocols, there will be a limited number of socially distanced “pods” available for reservation for each show. Each pod seats up to 6 and pod assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please plan on arriving early to secure your seats. COVID Safety Information: Masks are required at all times for everyone ages 2 and up (regardless of vaccination status), unless you are actively eating or drinking. Vaccination cards and/or negative COVID tests are not required at this time.
Please note that all CCPT actors, crew, and volunteers are vaccinated.
