The Culver City Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a 2020 Economic Outlook/ State of Recovery Summit on Dec. 9, 2020 from 9 am to 12:30 pm. In the midst of the pandemic, this summit will prove to be a space where there are discussions around the current effects of the pandemic, the economic fallout, the recovery trajectory, and emerging trends we can expect to see.
The event will be kicked off by a State of the Chamber Address by President/CEO, Colin Diaz, as well as a State of the City Address by City of Culver City Mayor, Göran Eriksson. There will be a series of Breakout Sessions on the topics of Entertainment & the Creative Economy, Health & Wellness in the Future, Hospitality & Tourism, Restaurants & Retail Rebound, Connectivity & Technology in a post-pandemic world, and the City of Culver City discussion. All of this will be wrapped up by an Economic Outlook Conversation from our Keynote Speaker, Kevin Klowden,(pictured above) Executive Director for the Center of Regional Economics, Milken Institute.
