On Monday, September 21, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., the City Council will hold a meeting to consider both permanent rent control and tenant protection ordinances. The meeting will be held via Video Conference. Attendees will be required to register to attend. If approved, the ordinances will include an annual cap on rent increases, eviction protections, and other tenant protections.
The meeting will take place virtually, and registration will be required in order to participate in the meeting. Instructions on how to register, participate, and submit comments for virtual meetings are available online.
