The City is seeking input from agencies, organizations, and individuals with disabilities to help the City enhance accessibility to its facilities, programs, services and events. The City of Culver City is in the process of preparing its ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plan which is required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title II (28 CFR §35.105(a)). Your input will assist in improving its ability to serve the needs of people with disabilities and their families.
To assist the City with identifying inaccessible facilities, events or policies and procedures please complete the online survey or print and complete the survey provided.
