CCUSD School Bond Survey – Click Here

235655_web_4-1-school-bond-illo-mergedTwo years after the passage of Bond Measure CC in 2014, the Culver City Unified School District continues to thank our residents for investing in our schools, students, community, and culture.

Totaling $106 million, Bond Measure CC is issued in 4 disbursements of $26.5 million every 3 years. The first disbursement was issued in October 2014 and has funded new Playgrounds, a current modernization project in Frost Auditorium, Indoor Air Quality Improvements, new Athletic Fields, Library improvements, and a number of other Phase 1 Projects as well. Subsequent disbursements will be issued in October 2017, October 2020 and October 2023; however, one of the challenges in executing current and future bond expenditures is that our initial Needs Assessment identified $165 million worth of projects — which means that prioritizing our improvements effectively is essential.

In order to identify which projects to next complete with Bond Measure CC funds, the Culver City Board of Education respectfully requests your input by means of this survey. Please know that Bond Measure CC dollars can only be 100% expended to fund construction or construction support activities, and cannot pay for any administrative salaries or for any maintenance (or minor repair) work.
