Here’s a really new twist to a “family fun event” – from Christine Parra, Culver City’s Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, comes the invitation to you and your family to attend “CPR at the Park” this Saturday, April 25 from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Lindberg Park, 5401 Rhoda Way. This is a free “Hands-Only CPR” training event (doesn’t use mouth-to-mouth breaths) and is recommended for use on teens and adults who may be unresponsive and not breathing. In addition to training sessions, every 15 minutes, each participant has an opportunity to win a Disaster Supply Kit for a family of 4.
