We all know art means different things to different people, and no two art scenes around the nation are alike. But we have a lot to be proud of in the Culver City Arts District, and we think the world should know it. The murals, the galleries, the openings; these deserve national attention, and here is your shot to make sure they get some.
Of the 20 nominees for the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice award for Best Art District, some feature artist communes occupying repurposed warehouses, while others boast blocks of world-renowned museums. What they all have in common is a feast of visual art worth traveling for.
