It might be the impulse to find a great deal. It might be the political stance that waste is wrong. It might be a love of history. The reasons why we shop in thrifts are as various as the customers. While we often bemoan the lack of retail outlets, if you’re a thrift shopper Culver City has lots to offer. We have thrift shops sprinkled throughout town, new locations are opening often and, if you’re willing to explore, you may find really special. In the next few weeks I’ll be visiting some Culver City thrift stores to learn what our local spots are offering.
If you’re perusing through overstuffed closets, it may be time for some judicious pruning. Remember, your ‘trash’ may be someone’s treasure.
Here’s my list. If you have any further suggestions or are interested in reviewing, please contact me at [email protected].
