After asking the Culver City Moms Club to help us with supplies for Baby Collin, Crossroads was overwhelmed with supports, clothes, toys and diapers. Thank you again for all of your help!
Catherine Farmer Loya wrote ” We just saw him again last night, and learned that his grandparents will have him for at least six months, but as of early May it’s possible that the judge in the case will rule. It seems likely that Collin’s parents won’t be allowed to take him back, in which case it looks like his grandparents will choose to adopt him. ”
Collin is healing well, growing and developing. In the two weeks since we saw him last he developed the ability to hold his head up without support, and he is alert and interactive, so it seems like he’s going to be just fine.
That’s the current state of things. Sweet Collin is safe and loved, and his guardians are well supplied at this point, thanks to the generosity of so many of you!
