Crossroads interviewed City Council candidate Robert Zirgulis at his “coffee chat” station on Sunday morning Feb. 14 at downtown Culver City’s Starbucks. With his dog Bowie as his “campaign manager” in attendance, Zirguilis talked about why he is in the race, and offered his views on (surprise!) “environmentally safe oil drilling” and red light cameras.
