The CCUSD School Board Meeting of Oct. 25, 2016 saw the continuation of one of he most solid and beneficial relationships ongoing in the district; the Culver City Education Foundation and the Fineshriber Family Foundation. Presenting a check for further support of the CCUSD music programs, Toni Stone and Marcia Antopol of the foundation were there to continue keeping the project in tune.
CCEF President Leslie Adler noted the eight year relationship has given Culver City music students a total number of 188 instruments to play, opening a creative channel for many who would not otherwise have been able to study music. Calling the program “Generous, life-changing, and impactful, ” Adler’s heartfelt gratitude was evident.
