With the motto “Sometimes it does take a Rocket Scientist,” Steve Levin will be launching his school board campaign on Saturday, July 20 at 2 PM. The event will be held at the home of John and Nancy Kuechle, 10733 Ranch Road, Culver CIty. Steve is the father of 3 children in Culver City schools, and an astrophysicist at JPL. He was the founding president of United Parents of Culver City, and was the president of the booster club at Farragut Elementary for several years before that. Steve and his wife, Lisa, were honored by CCEF as Volunteers of the Year for Farragut this past school year, and he received a PTA Honorary Service Award the year before.
