CCUSD and the proponents of Measure E have provided information to voters regarding the urgent need for facility repairs. In light of this, it is important to address certain inquiries. Firstly, what has caused the deterioration of the facilities over time? Secondly, why were these issues not addressed promptly as they arose? Additionally, it is crucial to determine the responsible parties for the degradation and establish measures for holding them accountable. These fundamental concerns seem to be overlooked by both the supporters and opponents of the measure.
If the current administration has played a role in the decline, it raises doubts about their capability to effectively manage and allocate hundreds of millions of dollars towards resolving long-standing issues that transpired under their supervision.
