School Board to Focus on LCAP

As the Culver City United School District enters the final trimester of the 2022-2023 school year, the Board will be addressing the Local Control Accountability Plan.  The LCAP is a tool that school districts use to set goals, plan actions, and allocate resources to improve students outcomes. All stakeholders are given the opportunity to contribute to the LCAP. CCUSD will use the input received to ensure that our goals and priorities meet the needs of students, families, and staff, consistent with the district’s three LCAP goals:

All Culver City Unified School District (CCUSD) students will learn in optimal conditions for learning that include open and equitable access to all courses and educational technology, highly trained, culturally competent educators utilizing standards-aligned, culturally relevant and inclusive instructional materials, and safe and clean school facilities that are in good repair.’

All students will demonstrate continuous academic progress to ensure college and career readiness by the end of 12th grade. All students will be engaged in schools that provide physical and emotional security, facilitate responsible decision making, and seek input and participation from all stakeholders.
