The City of Culver City is pleased to offer an E-Waste Recycling event with Homeboy Electronics Recycling on August 6, 2022 from 9 am to 1pm at Syd Kronenthal Park, 3459 McManus Ave, Culver City. Dispose of your old electronics in a socially and ecologically responsible way. Drive up, drop off and drive away. Staff can assist to remove from car.
Keeping E-Waste out of landfill is critical to keeping out sanitation system functional and affordable. We want all of your electronics. (We do not accept refrigerators, alkaline batteries, thermostats, light bulbs and air conditioners.) Your e-waste will be handled in a way that protects the planet, keeps your data safe, and creates jobs for people facing serious barriers to work.
All hard drives and data storage devices will be destroyed according to NIST standards.
