The “Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 3,150 square foot Cannabis store front, retail business within an existing building with no square footage addition in the Commercial General (CG) and Commercial Neighborhood (CN) Zone (Case No: Conditional Use Permit, P2021-0039 – CUP)” will be heard by the commission the week.
