Culver City Police to Offer Community Meeting on Public Safety Review August 20

The Culver City Police Department, looking to respond to the rising tide of community concerns, is offering a meeting online on August 20, 2020, at 6 pm. A discussion will include presentations by Mayor Goran Eriksson, who is also a member of the Ad Hoc Police Liaison Committee, Police Chief Manny Cid, and Dr. Kelly Lytle Hernandez, Director of the Ralph J. Bunche Center for African American Studies at UCLA.

This meeting is set to be the first in a series of community dialogues to discuss opportunities to reallocate public safety services.  This city will be hosting the meeting as a call,, and pre-registration is not required.
