Parent representatives from each CCUSD school’s English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) came together to review the academic achievement and English language proficiency data for our English Learners, and to provide feedback on CCUSD’s program to support English Language Development.
This District committee, known as DELAC, serves a number of important functions, from developing the District’s Master Plan for English Learners to providing suggestions for the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).
