Saturday, August 3, 2019 was the day for Fox Hills residents and friends to gather at Fox Hills Park for a potluck party, some gentle yoga and even a bit of chair massage.. Hosted by the Fox Hills Neighborhood Association, several dozen people came by to meet, greet and eat.
Judi Sherman, (pictured in center, above) the organizer of FHNA and the neighborhood party, was pleased with the turnout. “It’s nice to get together and not have an agenda, just get to say hello and enjoy the neighborhood.”
Several who attended were not members of the association; yet. The offer of a yoga and complimentary massage took it all a bit above the usual potluck party, and people were pleased and impressed. The table to sign up for the association was a busy spot, so the next meeting of the FHNA – the kind with an agenda – might see some newer faces and bigger numbers.
