The Culver City Community Emergency Response Team spent this last weekend training for search and rescue operation, and next weekend on March 16, they will need more volunteers to act as “live victims.” Even if it’s just a drill, someone needs to be rescued. CERT offers “big thanks to the CCFD truck company (Paul, Alec, Daniel, and Bobby) for providing fun, informative and interactive lessons! Culver City Firefighters – Local 1927.”
In addition to ‘victims,’ they will need radio operators for the final drill next weekend. Get in touch if you will be able to help during the afternoon of March 16 around 1pm-4pm.
