California voters recently approved Proposition 64, legalizing the adult use of recreational marijuana. City Council wants to hear from you about how Culver City should address local regulation. The council will discuss the options available to the city under the 2015 Medical Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MCRSA) and the 2016 Adult Use of Marijuana Act (AUMA), and direct the City Manager to take action as deemed appropriate. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on how Culver City should address local regulation of marijuana.
