This month Black Talkies On Parade presents the 2005 hit film Roll Bounce starring Shad Moss aka Bow Wow, Chi McBride, and Meagan Good. Directed by Malcolm D. Reed this coming of age story throws the audience back to the 1970’s with its funky music, bell bottom pants, and everyone’s favorite hang out – the roller rink. The soundtrack features songs by Beyoncé, Chaka Khan, and Earth Wind and Fire. Nick Cannon, Charlie Murphy, and Wayne Brady also guest star in the movie, which ends with an incredible roller disco contest that is not to be missed.
