Flu Vaccine Available at All CCUSD Schools – Check for Dates

CCUSD will offer a series of free flu clinics throughout the District, compliments of CCUSD school nurses.

Culver City Middle School: Monday, November 2
Linwood E. Howe Elementary School: Tuesday, November 3
El Marino Language School: Tuesday, November 3
El Rincon Elementary School: Wednesday, November 4
Culver City High School/Culver Park High School: Thursday, November 5
Farragut Elementary School/Office of Child Development: Friday, November 6

If you are interested in having your child receive the flu vaccination at school, please complete the 2015-16 Flu Vaccine Screening and Consent Form and return it to the School Nurse before the date listed above.
