In this month’s topic “Sleep, the Final Frontier” Culver City Pediatrician Dr Jeffrey Penso will discuss too much/too little sleep and how to succeed without the use of dangerous drugs. He and Brandon will then lead the group on a neighborhood walk. Warm-up and stretching with Brandon Webb, Culver-Palms Family YMCA Healthy Lifestyle Counselor, precedes the walk at 8:40.
