  1. This stretch of Sepulveda/Jefferson Blvd. has needed cleaning up for all of the years I have lived in Sunkist Park. We have numerous robberies here, and now a stabbing at the local dive bar. It is time for the commercial property owners to step up and clean up this stretch of run down 1940’s and 1950’s buildings, and make this area of the City shine as they promised they would do several years ago when faced with redevelopment. They promised, the developer went away, and NOTHING happened. Every other area of Culver City can be be proud of its commercial zones except Sunkist Park.
