Dear Jenna-

This seems to be a splendid idea, but there’s a flaw; no ever moves out of Culver City.

We have such wonderful neighbors, great schools, famous restaurants and green parks, there is no desire to go anywhere else.

While no formal studies have been conducted, there is a suspicion that the gravity is just awesome, and we simply can’t move.
