El Rincon Elementary School Booster Club is excited to host the First Annual Booster Club Science Fair, “Science Rocks!” from 5 to 8 p.m. on April 26. The event is comprised of a Science Fair, guest speakers, lab experiments, workshops, silent auction, and dinner.
“Science Rocks!” allows students to experience a hands-on approach to science while integrating skills in other subject areas including organization, community and the environment. “Science Rocks!” projects are open to the whole school with Transitional Kindergarten through Third Grade doing class projects, Fourth and Fifth Grade will be presenting individual projects. It is a great opportunity for the students to learn, to present their work, and to provide an evening for families to come together as a community.
