Grace Church members are always ready to tackle another project, and this Sunday, March 3 between services (10:10 a.m.) they’ll be meeting with Habitat for Humanity staff to learn all about the organization and how Grace can be part of it. No, it’s not too early to start thinking about summer – and what your restless young ones might want to do to fill the time. The Culver-Palms Family YMCA’s Summer Day Camps are all about discovery, and that’s why kids 4 to 14 years of age look forward to these camps every summer. Young campers have the opportunity to explore nature, find new talents, try different activities, gain confidence and create lasting friendships and memories. The Culver City Rock & Mineral Club welcomed new members Eileen Karrigan and Jonathan Shaham into their ranks in February. Club meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Veterans Memorial Building.
