Did you know that the American “waste-stream” (aka stuff we throw in the trash) goes up 25% in the month of December ? Interested in keeping your sanity as the calendar approaches the year-end trifecta of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years? Check out Transition Culver City for a “Simplify the Holidays Workshop” on Sunday Nov. 18 from 1 to 4:30 pm at the reDiscover Center 12958 Washington Blvd.
Join us for our 4th Annual Simplify the Holidays workshop co-hosted with Transition Mar Vista/Venice. reDiscover Center is an inspiring space and we’re so grateful that they are hosting us again this year. We’ll make gifts and decorations and exchange ideas about creating a more loving and simple holiday season. Explore ways to make the holidays more meaningful. Enjoy inspiring conversation combined with an “idea table,” templates for projects to do at home, and hands-on paper and fabric projects. Children welcome with supervising adult.
We’ll have snacks (bring something to share – but if not, come anyway 🙂
