The City of Culver City, through the Culver City Disability Advisory Committee and the Senior & Social Services Division of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department, is seeking nominations of individuals and businesses that deserve recognition for outstanding service to people with disabilities:

WHAT: Call for nominations of individuals and businesses demonstrating exemplary service to people with disabilities (please see attached Nomination Criteria). From these nominations, one individual and one business will be selected by the Culver City Disability Advisory Committee to receive Commendations from the City Council of the City of Culver City during “Disability Awareness Month” in October 2012.
