How can you celebrate life without books? What’s a Feista without a book sale ? If you are gearing up for the big weekend, now is the time to clean those shelves and pass on the volumes that you know you won’t read, or hand over those books that you love and want to introduce to new friends. The Friends of the Culver City Library wants your volumes and needs your help!
From Aug 27-28, The Culver City Friends of the Library will be holding their quarterly used book sale at Fiesta La Ballona. Most books will be $.50-$1.00. Much help is needed, and volunteers are asked to email Wanda ( The Prez!) at [email protected]. Come help sort, stack, straighten, sell and make some new friends. See you at the festival!
