Shade-grown in the high-altitude Chiapas region of Mexico, Coco’s Premium Organic Coffee is grown using agroforestry farming, an organic process that utilizes renewable harvesting methods to keep the grounds fertile for future generations. The result is a flavorful, inviting blend with a robust aroma. Coco’s Premium Organic Coffee is roasted specifically for Coco’s by the family farmers of the Bats’il Maya Cooperative.
Family Restaurant Helping Family Farmers: By purchasing coffee beans at a fair price, and teaching the local communities the tools they need to build their business, Coco’s helps to provide a steady income to stabilize a hard-working community’s economy and improve their quality of life.
Editor’s note- I love coffee, I’m into organic, and I think fair trade is a great idea. But I have issues with Coco’s. I think I’ll show up and see what happens.
