When 93 year old Odessa Edwards was reported missing on Dec. 5, 2023, there was immediate cause for concern. The elderly Culver City resident, who suffers from dementia, was wearing only jeans and a shirt under a light coat; not enough to keep herself warm with the December temperatures.
Two Culver City Police Department Detectives conducting patrol checks of the area located Ms. Edwards on Dec. 6 at approximately 5 pm at Del Rey Avenue and Washington Boulevard.
Ms. Edwards was found safe and appeared to be in good health. She was transported home and reunited with her family.
