CCUSD School Board Plans ‘Listening Sessions’ at All Schools for March Facilities Bond

The CCUSD Board of Education, by unanimous vote, passed a resolution to put an Educational Facilities Bond measure on the March 5, 2024 ballot. The board and the superintendent will be holding listening sessions at each school site to hear about the facilities modernization needs of teachers and staff.

The Board began the effort this week with its first session taking place at El Marino Language School. Board members are eager to continue this all-District tour in the New Year. Dates will be posted as they are finalized, and the plan is for a session to be held at each one of the schools, giving parents, students and community members the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the details of the proposed bond.
