The Culver City Disability Advisory Committee (DAC) would like to know if there are any services or areas that can be improved for the Culver City community with disabilities. This quick survey will help the DAC establish potential work plans and inform City Council of local challenges. If you need assistance in completing this survey or need a printed paper copy, please contact the Senior Center main desk at (310) 253-6700. The Senior Center is open from 9 AM – 5 PM weekdays and 12 PM – 4 PM Saturday and Sunday. Spanish language translation is available if needed.
The Culver City Disability Advisory Committee meets bi-monthly, the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM. These meetings are open to the public and we welcome everyone to attend.
