Invertigo Dance Theater will be celebrating the End of Year with an open heart by offering the community a free dance film screening featuring some of memorable and historical dance pieces. Featuring dance shorts from 2020’s The Kitchen Table Project, and candid conversations with Artistic Director, Laura Karlin on process and artist collaborations.
Kitchen Table Project’s HOW WE EMERGE is directed by Laura Karlin, with camera stylings by Glyn Gray, light designs by Chris Stokes and music by Diana Lynn Wallace. The dance is co-created and performed by Cody Brunelle-Potter, Diana Lynn Wallace, Haylee Nichele, Chelsea Roquero, Jeannette Bland and Spencer Jensen. The table centers truth & imagination. The table is solid and malleable. We’re excited to share this exploration with you, as we emerge back into the world together. Invite your students, artist friends, and family.
