State Senator Sydney Kamlager is joining with Culver City Parks, Recreation & Community Services (PRCS) Department to offer ‘Senator in the Streets: Senior Edition’ to talk about Senior Safety, Scams, and Sex Health on Thursday October 6, 2022, from 10 am to 12:30 pm. This event will be at the Culver City Senior Center located at 4095 Overland Avenue, Culver City, CA. The event is free and open to all those age 50+ in the community.
Dr. Sylvia Gates Carlisle will make a presentation on sex health from 10:45 – 11:30 AM.
Resource tables scheduled to be onsite will include:
- Alzheimer’s Association Los Angeles
- Cedars Sinai
- California Insurance Commissioner
- California Alliance for Retired Americans
- Culver City Fire Department
- Living Trust Advisor
Free ice cream will be offered outside on the patio from Slush ‘n Roll Creamery while supplies last.
