In cooperation with Our House Grief Support Center, Hillside Memorial will offer a workshop presented by Joanne Weingarten, Psy.D, on coping with grief. Weingarten is a clinically trained grief specialist with more than 16 years of clinical experience – 10 of those years in community mental health. It has been developed for adults grieving the death of someone close in their lives within the last 3 years, no matter the relationship. It will include an introduction to grief, natural grief responses and the opportunity to connect with other grievers.
