On November 9, 2021, the City Manager signed the amended Thirty-Eighth Supplement to Public Order. The revised sections are noted in the Order posted online. In order to protect public health and safety, effective November 29, 2021, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to enter certain indoor businesses and City facilities.
Beginning on November 12, 2021, businesses are required to display information about the City’s vaccination verification requirement prominently on their premises, visible to patrons prior to entrance and in any employee breakroom. View signage requirements and a sample vaccination verification implementation protocol on the City’s website. Public Health continues to require everyone to wear a well-fitting mask in indoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status.
