Everyone’s invited to The Fiesta Mexicana Fundraiser to celebrate National Taco Day and National Vodka Day on Monday, October 4th from 4 – 9 pm with Tito’s Tacos, Tito’s Vodka, the Culver City Arts Foundation and the City of Culver City. The outdoor party will be held at the famous Tito’s Tacos at 11222 Washington Place, Culver City.
The Culver City Arts Foundation is bringing back their most popular party to embrace a crowd of great causes; extending the celebration of Hispanic Heritage month with performances by mariachi bands and folklorico dancers, raising a toast to National Vodka Day, offering Culver City’s most iconic tacos on national Taco Day, and raising money to promote art and support artists.
Featuring Eric Schwartz as master of ceremonies, everyone will enjoy performances from Mariachi Reyna de Los Angeles, Trio Chapala, comedy from Jesus Trejo, and the Mariachi Sol de Mexico de Jose Hernandez. Amazing fun is scheduled for the afternoon and evening, and 100% of the funds raised will go to benefit local arts.
This is a ticketed event, supporting the mission of the Culver City Arts Foundation, which in turn supports the arts in Culver City. Responsible party-goers ($25 per ticket) will be offered three drinks to enjoy with their tacos (and beans and rice and chips and salsa …) and non-alcohol drinking partygoers ($10 ticket) will be offered soft drinks or water, along with all the tacos and treats.
Parking is available at Harbor Freight Tools at 4545 Sepulveda, with a shuttle dropping off at Tito’s Tacos. Walking and/or biking is encouraged; partying responsibly includes planning for safe transportation to and from the event. Having fun outdoors also means bringing your jacket (and your face mask-) Please be prepared to show your vaccination card if asked (digital vaccination status from LA County is easy to store on your phone-)
