
The City of Culver City mourns the loss of our residents who have passed away, which sadly includes the passing of residents due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The County of Los Angeles Public Health Department tracks COVID-19 cases and deaths of County residents.

– Cases in Los Angeles County – 255 new cases were reported today (1,237,899 cases to date)
– Deaths in Los Angeles County – 16 new deaths were reported today (24,117 deaths to date)
There are 352 people with COVID-19 currently hospitalized, and 22% of these people are in the intensive care unit. Testing results are available for nearly 6,662,000 individuals with 17% of people testing positive. Today’s daily positivity rate is 0.5%.
Los Angeles County remains in the least restrictive Yellow Tier in the State’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy (http://ow.ly/dTac50EQUC4). The State released updated blueprint tier numbers; LA County’s adjusted case rate dropped from 1.4 new cases per 100,000 people to 1.2 new cases per 100,000. The overall test positivity rate remained at 0.7% and in areas with the fewest health affirming resources, LA County’s test positivity rate dropped from 0.7% to 0.6% across the county and in areas with the fewest health affirming resources.
