The Culver City Chamber of Commerce was recently recognized by the Western Association of Chamber Executives as having a winning video. The Western Association of Chamber Executives (WACE) is the premier organization for
education and professional development for chamber executives and staff. WACE now represents over 800 chamber professionals in 20 Western states and 3 Canadian provinces.
The award was presented to the Culver City Chamber during the conclusion of the annual WACE Conference 2021 –
where Chamber professionals from all over the country congregated in the virtual training and celebration.
When asked about the award and its significance, Chamber President & CEO Colin Diaz said, “This is an amazing honor, one that we take pride in. We want to thank our members – All That & MORE boutique, Sorrento Italian Market, Hi-Lo Liquor Market Culver City, and West LA College – for their roles in our video; and a huge shoutout to Stay Frosty Media for pulling the vision together and bringing our story to life.”
“We always strive to provide value to our members. We realize that changes from member to member and is impacted by the circumstances. We wanted this video to illustrate the bases and breadth of resources the Chamber is for our Community. But this is our Centennial year, so we have lots of great things on the horizon,” said Diaz.
The Chamber video was a member-led testimonial video of why there is value in the Chamber. Furthermore, the video explains how the Chamber achieves its 3C Mission of being a Catalyst, Connector, and Champion.
